The plot is very nice, direct at the sea and abandoned small beaches. Rocky. Need a car ti reach a village. Own parking

Very good location right at the beach with sunbeds you can use. Superb view from second floor apartment's balcony we got! Kitchenette had enough stuff for some cooking with wine. Had been at Frangocastello 3 times in the past but just for daytime visit for swimming and get some food in best local taverns. This time decided to stay 3 nights and that was amazing in so quiet and not crowdy place. Sea water was good enough yet within 19-22 deg C range at different beaches around. Excellent experience hoping comeback if future permit. Thanks a lot to Studios Stavris! Our navigator led us from Heraclio via east road to Frangocastello we never used before and that was something...! On the one hand, we got a lot of new impressions from the mountain beauties and spring nature, but on the other hand, there were several scary places with overhanging cliffs and boulders ready to fall off. Many sections of the road were covered with cobblestones and stone chips. So if you are not fans of high adrenaline, then it is better to use the western road from Chania side entry.

This is a really fantastic location on the beach with trees. Lots of sun loungers on the beach. The hotel owner always tries to help. There are also several shops with local products nearby and a tavern with delicious dishes.
