The fine print
The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great central location to many shops and restaurants in the Iguassu Falls area. Great view from higher floors. Nice relaxing heated swimming pool. Staff were amazing especially, Evelyn, Sofia and Anna. Breakfasts were excellent too. Evelyn introduced me to Cleverson, the taxi driver who drove me to the waterfalls where I flew over them next to the helicopter pilot and saw a rainbow from the air and then a double rainbow on the ground.

The property is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable. Small balcony is lovely. Facilities are good. Soup night was delicious. Staff are helpful and make things easy. Breakfast is delicious. Shop across the road. Taxi rank outside. Highly recommend!

The rooms were nice. Beautiful area around pool. Open until late for snacks. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
