The hotel was lovely. Our room was stand-alone, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We frequently walked to the centre which took about 20 minutes.

This is such a fantastic hotel. A beautiful jungle setting, great pools for adults only and family, wonderful staff and delicious food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great views of the volcano from the restaurant. Pools were beautiful but hot tub not very hot. The gardens were stunning, well designed and maintained. The hotel maintained a personal feel and communication was easy. The balcony overlooking the rainforest was fabulous. Although room was large there was no hanging space in the wardrobes for shirts/dresses. Breakfast menu was poor and coffee in room was not replenished by housekeeping service - had to ask reception several times.

We liked the design of the resort - we felt like we were nestled in the jungle, just minutes from town and a short walk to El Salto. Loved the open air living room in our two bedroom villa - perfect set up for two couples and evening cards. Did not feel busy or crowded and there were plenty of spaces to hang out. Food in the restaurant was tasty.
