We had a wonderful warm welcome from Jeana, who is a great host and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the first evening we arrived. In general the facilities are excellent, including a great shower and lovely smelling soaps. The walk into Fort William is very nice and Caol, which is also easy to get to on foot, has a stunning bit of seaside with view out towards the island of Mull.

Our room was lovely and spacious as was our bathroom. Shower was good and toiletries were lovely. Loved that we had a coffee machine and a fridge in our room. And the ice machine in the hallway was such a nice touch. Also loved that we had the use of a hot tub

Great location! Family room was great for us in terms of size and layout, enough space to let the baby roam around. Breakfast options were plenty and the service kind. Netflix worked.
