Location, staff, we booked for 2 nights, we had a room next to elevator that was very noisy and we had noisy neighbours so we didn’t get much sleep, when I asked reception, they changed our room without fuss which was great.

Meet and greet on arrival. Welcome at front desk. Helpfulness of reception team. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Bar / restaurant by the river. Definitely location.
