Eric was extremely helpful and was making sure we were happy. It was a little cold in the flat but it is March in Scotland. The doors and windows were draughty. The bathroom is also pretty cold and we ran out of hot water during the showers (there was x2 of us). The flat was bigger than we were expecting which was great. The bed was comfy. Could do with a few more cooking and kitchen utensils. The location was great to explore Loch Ness. We could sit and watch the boats go through the canal system. Overall very happy with the size, cleanliness, location & comfort.

This property was totally perfect for us near shop cafe restaurants. Caretaker was so helpful we are going back in October.
