The lounge and kitchen were excellent and the views were absolutely amazing. Great location if you want to be remote and have a base to enjoy the countryside.

Fairly easy to find, with a beautiful view of Strathmore vale. There's plenty of space, it's warm and a well kitted out kitchen. The bathroom is enormous and has a sizeable bath and the shower is very good indeed. The two big beds are very big indeed...whatever is larger than king size I think...I was having to trek to give my wife a cuddle in the morning...and I found ours comfy enough. You get enough logs for a nice warm evening (maybe two) and can buy more from the owners at a reasonable rate (we bought £20 worth and landed up taking some home). The wifi was reported to be OK...but I used the week to get away from that nonsense, so I can't really comment.
