We had the pleasure of staying at The Sense Experience Hotel as the final stop on our Tuscan journey, and it was an absolute highlight. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel takes pride in delivering a genuine 5-star experience. The entire property is immaculately maintained. You can see the staff are constantly attentive, working quietly and efficiently to keep both the hotel and its beautiful grounds in pristine condition. Their dedication and warmth really stood out, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We dined at the Dimora restaurant, where the food was excellent. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the service was just as impressive, attentive, professional, and friendly. The pool area was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with excellent facilities, including toilets, shower, and bar. Our 9-year-old daughter absolutely loved the pool! It was the perfect place for her to swim and enjoy herself while we relaxed in comfort. The beach was stunning, with the added bonus of service directly to your sun lounger—a real treat! Each room is assigned its own sun beds on the beach, so there’s no need to rush down in the morning to secure a spot. It’s these thoughtful touches that really set The Sense Experience apart. After staying in four hotels across Tuscany, we truly saved the best for last. This was a luxurious, relaxing end to our adventure, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a top-tier escape in a beautiful coastal setting.

This was our third stay at the hotel, which speaks to how much we value the overall experience and quality of rest it offers. The room cleaning was impeccable — special thanks to Mikaela. Dinner service was excellent every evening, with kind and professional attention from Igor, Matteo, Alex, Misha, and the two senior managers. We especially appreciated the daily changes in the evening menu — a lovely touch of variety as well as breakfast were delicious. The beach was always clean, and the beach service was very attentive. Kayaks and paddleboards were available whenever we wanted — a great plus. It was especially thoughtful and heartwarming to receive a birthday cake for our son — a moment that made our stay feel truly personal. Thank you for that gesture!

Wonderfull friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort, fantastic location, awesome facilities with private pool and beach and spacious, comfortable and well appointed rooms! We enjoyed a fabulous stay and couldn’t have asked for more!
