The hotel is ideally located along the Leas - very close to the Leas Cliff Hall and the Harbour Arm. Close to the high street and all amenities. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly

A great hotel. Amazing location right on the seafront. Beautiful classic Victorian hotel with some gorgeous stained glass windows. Yes, it’s shabby and old-fashioned, but it’s clean, comfortable and cheap with delightful stuff.
