The property was clean & tidy, the decor is very tired and could do with a spruce up but decent for what we paid. Would probably stay again

We had an initial issue with the key dropbox which had seized but the owners arranged for a spare set of keys which arrived in about an hour. It's how you deal with a problem and the owners (despite wrangling 3 kids) attended to the matter efficiently and without fuss moreover, when we asked for a parking permit, the owner dealt with it immediately. The location of the flat is perfect - stunning views out over the beach and a very short walk to the Harbour and Creative Quarter of Folkestone. The flat is bright, spacious, airy and has everything you need for a short stay. Parking was easy - right outside the apartment and the block itself is well presented. The whole terrace is being renovated as well which will look superb when finished.

A beautiful location to make the most of the sea, with stunning views! Incredibly close to town, around the corner from the Old High Street and Creative Quarter, and Harbour Arm. Spacious and comfortable rooms with helpful assistance just a call away. Having the beach on the doorstep was absolutely amazing, being able to make the most of sunrise over the cliffs especially. Such a special experience staying here!
