We had the place all to ourselves which was lovely, the kids loved having the pool and they own room. The location for us was perfect as we wanted to explore the Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

The location was superb surrounded by olive trees and the Tuscany countryside with woodlands and long distant footpaths nearby. The pool was well kept and surrounded by hedges that gave it a private feel. The rooms were clean and had character though sometimes this meant that usability was compromised a little. The front where the doors were located had a large space and several sit down areas shaded from the sun and a barbecue area, where you could sit and have breakfast admiring the views.
