perfect location to explore Florence. The host was in touch via WhatsApp which was brilliant and Joan stayed in touch with me throughout the day. She was there about 2 mins after we got to the property and let us in. She told us about all the different places to eat which was so helpful.

The location is extremely close to the main attraction areas and restaurants. It was only 10min walk away from the train station

Very complicated, very bad and unforcomtable. We had problems with contakt with your agents. We had wait near one our for finishing to enter to our apartement, during that period we met two persons, who gave as two diferent adress. Apartman wasn´t tydeing up.

Location was very good for seeing the sights and it is a large apartment with a good mix of modern and old. The apartment was a very good value compared to a hotel.
