All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The permitted temperature values in our apartment are 19°C ( 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. According to Decree No. 383 of 06/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 1st to April 15th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Clean apartment, spacious, located close to the main train station so connecting to inter-city trains was very convenient, great view of the Dome, the cafe right next to it is a great breakfast spot

The location was perfect. Central, next to the train station, and in walking distance to everything you'd need. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and modern. And the bed was very decent, with several pillows to choose from. This is not something I'm used to when travelling - my neck was happy. Claudia was so sweet to meet, and went through everything we'd need to know to check in and out. Additionally we got some good recommendations for stuff to do. Would book here again if I return in the near future!

Very spacious room close to everything but still feels like a quiet oasis. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend!
