Location and easy communication for the check in. There was a nice kitchen where to make coffee etc.

Our host Nadia was so welcoming. The place was safe in a quiet area, although there was a lot of traffic by times, the soundproofing was very good. The shower/ toilet was apart from the room, but it was ours only to use.

Nice big room. Good bathroom nearby Kettle and coffee making facilities. Kitchen adequate for our needs. Lovely eating place nearby Nice walk into the city.
