Central location for both station and central Florence, food halls and leather market. Comfortable room and access to a kitchen and balcony was a real bonus, as was being able to leave our luggage after checking out. Veronica was fabulous and gave us so much useful information.

Location was perfect, was able to leave my bags there and since there were no other reservations in my room on the day I was supposed to leave Veronica let me take my time checking out. On my last day there were some construction works going on in my bathroom so I could use one of the other bathrooms. Perfect communication and perfect location too. Truly enjoyed as a (solo)traveller.

Hotel is situated in walking distance from Santa Maria Nouvella train station, it is very good for people who travel by train. Also it's in 5-7 min walk from Duomo and main touristic area. Central Market is just near the hotel. The only disadvantage of location is leather market on the street, it made lots of noise. Everything in the hotel is prepared with love. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and oven and all necessary stuff even corkscrew. There is small fridge in my room. Bathroom for single room was outside of the room, you need to pass hall to reach it and have to use key to lock and unlock.

Good personal, good location, clean room. In the kitchen is clean, there are coffee and tea for guests. The lady was very kind, explained how to find the necessary points in the city, etc. Generally is nice for couple days.
