The location of the Relais Condotta is perfect as you are in the city centre near beautiful local landmarks and amazing osterias and bakeries. Lucio, the recepcionist, was highly professional and kind in offering a great list of places to visit and local places to eat as well. It is important to mention as well that the rooms are clean everyday and it is all an impecable service. All the ammenities worked well and the decoration is that of mini-palace. We cannot wait for our second visit to Florence to stay here as it proved to be reliable and amazing place to stay.

The accommodation is very stylish and clean. The location is absolutely brilliant. Lucio is an incredibly great host. He gave us a warm welcome and shared many great tips with us. Thank you for everything. We would come back in a heartbeat. ☺️
