Polo residence is in an excellent location literally a stones throw from the Cathedral and Duomo and Central Market. Also close to transport. It has all the facilities we needed for a week in Florence including kitchenette and washing machine.

Perfect location - walking distance from all main tourist attractions (Uffizi, Duomo etc.), quite at night, no noise coming in from the outside. Apartment is simple, but very functional and well equipped - you'll find an iron and ironing board, washing machine and cloth pegs, oven and microwave, decent size fridge, crockery and cutlery, stove top coffee makers (we were happy to use them to make our breakfast coffee) , heather and fan. Bathroom simple, very clean, functional. Very comfortable bed. We liked that the mattress was nice and firm, not too soft. May be the bed could have been a little bit longer (tall people would appreciate it), but the duvet and duvet cover was perfectly fixed that our feet was always covered.

Located within walking distance of the train station and the city centre, meaning the main sights and the museums. It is not large but it has a function kitchen and a washing machine as well as an excellent air conditioning unit. The area is quiet at night and you do not hear the neighbours for the most part, meaning you should sleep well. The host is very friendly and accessible.
