The place was clean and had many facilities. The breakfast was nice and the location was great - walking distance from station, busses and the centre !

The room was nice and its size was adequate. I got a upper berth bed near the balcony which really amazing. Location of the hostel is also appreciable, you can reach there within 10 minutes of walk from Florence SVM station. I didn’t use the pool but I saw people swimming and playing there. The whole atmosphere during the evening time is certainly enjoyable. I really recommend this for solo and group travellers.

I stayed for one night at Plus Florence and overall had a pleasant experience. The hostel was clean and well-maintained, with linen and basic toiletries provided, which was convenient. It's about a 20 minute walk from the train station and also within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, making it a practical choice for exploring the city. The property offers some great amenities, including a swimming pool and breakfast available for an additional fee. However, I felt the staff could be more welcoming and consistent in sharing information with all guests, regardless of age. Upon check-in, I wasn’t informed about the pool, breakfast options, or even the WiFi details, which would have made my stay smoother. With a few improvements in communication and hospitality, this hostel has the potential to offer a truly great experience.
