The hotel is exceptional. As are the staff. Form arriving at the hotel to leaving everything and everything one was perfect. The staff make you feel like part of the family. They are friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. This was a birthday treat for my wife's birthday. On the morning of her birthday at breakfast the staff on duty brought out a birthday cake with a candle on it. This was a total surprise. The hotel is well maintained and very well managed. It was a joy to stay there. We didn't want to leave after our five nights there. It is in an excellent location for visiting Florence with a bus stop just outside the door. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay an amazing experience. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

The staff are the best. Very friendly. The room was quite spacious, with very good AC, which was really important in the middle of the heat wave that we experienced. Walking distance from Vatican and Trastevere. Stop with buses connecting with the rest of the city within 3 mins walk.
