Pretty clean and has aircon and self contained private bathrooms. Not busy at all, as in there seemed to be no other guests, explains why a dorm room was nearly €50

We booked one night here near the end of our Florence trip - specifically as the listing mentioned air con (we visited in a heatwave and couldn't cope at night). The hotel looks to be part of a church / theatre and apparently may have shows on weekends, although we stayed on a Sunday. The receptionist was friendly and the keys were already in our room. The decor is quite nice with vintage items and books etc around, and the building very old. There is a code given to access the hotel after hours, which worked perfectly.
