At 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station and a similar distance from the Uffizi, Duomo or Ponte Vecchio this property could hardly be more conveniently located. The block in which the property is located is very reasonable and has a lift to the top floor. Though not the most charming area in Florence, it's still a quite nice part of the city and there are plenty of bars and eateries in the immediate area. The room is comfortable enough, everything worked and the facilities provided are adequate for a short stay. Communication with the host was good. Overall, not a bad place to stay but nothing to be too thrilled about either. A bit expensive for what you get but, in fairness, this is Florence and you could pay an even higher price for somewhere that was not good at all.

Great place and location. Stayed in a studio apartment for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay. Lift to 4th floor was handy. Location wise was near train station and centre. 10 mins walk either direction.

Close to train station and supermarket. Walkable to sights, attractions and restaurants. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living space. Simple self check in. Great communication from host Monika.
