Convenient location near the train station. It felt safe with the locked gate and locked door at the entrance to the building. The air con worked well, there was a lock box in the room, and the shower worked well. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine.

The property is well located next to the train station however the trains and trams make it very noisy at night. As a solo traveller I made sure I arrived back at the apartment early as the neighbourhood is unsafe, this was advertised in the building.

Clean and comfortable small room. Good shower. The AC worked well. The person working there was nice and helpful. I could leave my bag on the last day while I was visiting the city since I had a late flight from Florence. A rather short walk to the historical centre. I found it convenient to be so close to the train station. A very good price for the accommodation, especially considering Florence.
