The hosts were flexible and allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier than our check-in time. The place is conveniently on the ground floor so there are no stairs to enter the property.

Spacious and open design with a freshly renovated feel. All amenities were clean and functioning. A welcome pack offering soap, dishwasher tablets and washing detergent was wonderdul. Great location near restaurants and small supermarket & walking distance to most landmarks & train station.

We recently stayed at this lovely holiday home and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. First, the **kitchen** was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. It had everything we needed, from modern appliances to ample counter space, which made cooking a breeze. The **location** is fantastic—close enough to local attractions yet peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the convenience of being just a short drive away from shops, restaurants, and beautiful outdoor spots. The home was incredibly **clean** and **comfortable**, with every room meticulously maintained. It’s clear that the owners put great care into ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for their guests. Having **two bathrooms** was a real bonus, especially when traveling with family or a group. It added an extra level of comfort and convenience, ensuring no one ever had to wait. Finally, the **air conditioning** worked perfectly, keeping the home cool and comfortable even during the warmer days. It was a welcome relief after spending time outside in the sun. Overall, this holiday home was the perfect base for our vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-appointed place to stay. We'll definitely be returning!

It was in a very convenient area, with restaurants, a little supermarket, bars and small shops close by. We could walk into the centre of Florence along the river in about half an hour, but there were also good transport links close by.
