The apartment was lovely and clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, in walking distance to most attractions with great restaurants, and casual eating places on your doorstep. But most of all our host, Natalia, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even booking us a taxi..... twice! Thank you Natalia, when next we are in Florence we will most definitely book your apartment again.

The apartment is in a beautiful historical building in the centre of Florence. It was very clean and smelt nice. Nice architectural details like exposed beams, stone archways and unique decorative items like an antique radio and vintage mirrors added to the property's charm. The beds and furniture were comfortable. There were nice welcoming touches like cotton wool pads in the bathroom, water bottles in the fridge and basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper. The hosts were happy to be contacted with queries and were quick to respond to messages.
