Great location off Piazza Repubblica, walkable to most of the major landmarks in Florence. A little smaller than it looks in photos but overall a good, unfussy stay.

Clean and modern bathroom with nice soaps, great area near everything, common area had great coffee machine, Franco was lovely (met us at the apartment, gave tourist tips, etc.)

The location is right at the prime area and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s exactly like how it was shown in pictures. Beyond that, Franco’s service far exceeds our expectations. He was very helpful and provided us with a lot of info about the area. We really appreciate all his help with our luggages as well. We had a memorable stay in Firenze.
