Room was spacious and relatively clean. Instructions from staff for check in etc is clear and accomodating Location was not nearby Florence's main attractions, need to walk a fair bit, but it was convenient to commute to-from S.M. Novella station. Appreciated the snacks/ drinks provision which made for a very decent light breakfast!

Nice and clean room, fantastic location, close to the city center, and the sweetest host.
