The owner, Francesca, went above and beyond to make sure our stay there was perfect. She was so informative about the best places to eat, sights to visit, public transport and even made sure the fridge was stocked ! The location is very easy to get to from the train station by either taxi or tram. There is a supermarket located within a few mins walk so very handy ! The apartment was spotless ! Would highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Florence !

The host, Francesca, is amazing! She made sure we were comfortable the whole trip, had a lot of great tips for small additions to our plans and provided a ton of food for us, so we were very happy. The accomodation itself was very clean, orderly and it was exactly what we wanted.

Francesca is a super host.She is kind and helpful.She meet us in person and explained the history of her great grandfather's house in detail and provide a lot of useful information for us.She even stock up food:bread cheese ham biscuits yogurt,juice ,wine milk and fruits for us.
