Host was great in providing exact location and how to get in, facilities, free snacks in room, providing coffee machine and how to use it. Bathroom was v clean. Overall location was perfect for our trip , close to train station and restaurants and great place to stay.

Yari was lovely when we met to check in and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The location is really close to the Duomo and Academia. The double glazed windows and shutters block out all the light and most of the street noise.
