Location was perfect to go around the city and to the train station. Interior design on the first floor made us feel like being at an art museum. Breakfast was very adequate, personally I liked the offered yogurt collection. The room was mostly quiet despite being in a crowded area. The staff taking care of the breakfast and checkin process were very attentive and professional.

Perfect location in the midst of Florence, Very polite and helpful staff. Very wide selection for breakfast. Special wishes like non-dairy products were kindly followed up on. Safe parking of private car was well organised. Easy access to public transport not far from the central railway station.

Our stay in Florence was the major part of our trip and everything about our hotel was excellent. The location was ideal for exploring the city, breakfast was very good with a different selection each day, finding excellent local restaurants, the view over the square was lovely...cannot find anything wrong!!!
