The air conditioned room was gorgeous. Traditionally furnished with everything we needed. It was super cute with very much needed air con which worked seamlessly. Our room - 310 - was on the top floor and you couldn't hear a peep from outside or from any other room. Bliss! The breakfast was fantastic with great quality food and the staff were welcoming and lovely. The location is exceptional. Everything is walkable and the area has some wonderful restaurants. We highly recommended Ciro and Sons for a fantastic meal. We are definitely returning to Florence and won't book any other hotel.

Immaculate room that was so clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (including 2 adult / teen children). The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice each day. The hotel is in a great location - very close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and cafes.

We were 4 friends travelling! We had a quadruple room with ample space for all four of us! Very clean, centrally located. 7 minutes from station and about 10 min to the Duomo! Breakfast was lovely and we were allowed to leave our bags on check out while we explored the city! Can highly recommend!

The Hotel was very charming, the staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent as it had lots of variety. The hotel location was excellent as it was very close to the main attractions in Florence.
