The hotel is superbly situated for all the sights in Venice and for the water bus. A large selection of places to eat and drink very close.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Hotel location is perfect. It is right in the centre of everything and within walking distance. The breakfast is OK but nothing wonderful. Some staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lounge area offers some water juice and tea/coffee with some local sweets to try.
