Nice location just near the Santa Maria Novella train station. Cleaning every day. Super frienly staff. Easy access any time.

Central location, yet quiet. The room and common areas were always cool and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, and although the pillows did not suit me, Ale (the very helpful manager) brought me some other ones which suited me much better. Although breakfast is not included, she made sure to leave me a couple of pots of yoghurt and muesli, which was lovely. There was also milk, coffee, biscuits and some fresh fruit (delicious) from Ale's own garden. Her recommendations of what to see, and the yummy gelateria were spot on! I stayed in the room with a separate shower room down the corridor, and although this is a minor inconvenience, it didn't bother me at all. Overall a great little place which I'd recommend to others.

Ale was amazing, welcomed us in to Florence with so much helpful information. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the building itself felt very secure and safe. Pay no attention to the property’s 1 star rating, this hotel was miles ahead of the previous 3 star property we stayed in.

Staying at this place was truly a highlight of our trip! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Florence – everything is within walking distance. It was spotless clean and very comfortable. But what made our stay really special was Ale, the host. She was absolutely wonderful ,warm, helpful, and incredibly informative. She gave us so many great tips and local recommendations that we felt like we had our own personal tour guide. Thank you, Ale, for making our time in Florence even more memorable !
