The location is outstanding - short walk to Ponte Vecchio from where you can reach all the major sites in Florence on foot. The hotel is upscale and boasts its own Michelin-starred restaurant, which we enjoyed. By far the best part was the spectacular view from our balcony - of the river Arno and Ponte Vecchio, esp. at sunset. Breakfast was great, too!

The location and the view were amazing and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was our birthdays and they arranged balloons and as requested a mini cake and bottle of Sancere our favourite wine. Everything from the deadheading of the flowers to the folding of the base of the curtains was meticulous. The rooms were serviced twice a day it was just divine.
