I would like to thank the hotel staff sincerely. Although my overall experience with the hotel facilities and conditions was not satisfactory, and there is definitely room for improvement, the kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff truly made a big difference. I honestly believe that the main strength of this hotel lies in its amazing team (reception, restaurant, housekeeper, and so on). Their warm attitude and willingness to assist guests go a long way in making up for the hotel's shortcomings. Thanks to them, my stay was much more pleasant than it could have been otherwise. I hope the management recognizes and appreciates their great work and also takes steps to improve the overall quality of the hotel. Wishing the team continued success

The staff of the hotel was very nice, very nice breakfast! The room we satyed had an odd layout for me and the bathroom could be updated, it lacked style and tile 😋 Overall i recommend it, it was clean and had a confortable bed, the location was also ok.

Very Good location, you can walk to the train station or get a tram directly into the city centre. Very comfortable bed and recent facilities. Good variety of breakfast choices.
