Excellent position downtown Florence, easy to reach Stazione or Duomo with a walk. In any case, the new streetcar line (leading to airport too at 1.7 eur) is at 200-m walk. Friendly and supportive staff. Beautiful sight from the window. Efficient air conditioning and wi-fi.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel also had great access to historical sites and the city center.
