The staff are very helpful and very friendly. Excellent location in the Centre of Florence, just a stone throw from the Duomo. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast (cereals, boiled eggs, cheese, cold meats, bread, cakes, yogurt and some fruit)

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and my room and bed was comfortable. I have a pre existing medical condition and the staff were very helpful to me. I would definitely go back there, very affordable.

Lovely people at front desk, super clean room!!! Cozy and quiet room with very good mattress and pillows. Good air condition, nice bathroom. Only 1 minute walk to the Piazza del Duomo! I recommend it and if we ever visit Firenze again, we know where we are going to stay!
