Exceptionally convenient location just around the corner from Santa Maria Novella train station, a big supermarket next door, short walk to anywhere in central Florence, friendly and genuinely caring staff, spacious, light, nicely decorated room with AC with everything one may need for a shorter or longer stay, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Loved air conditioning, able to leave luggage for pick up later. Great location, around the corner from train station. Hop on bus outside door.

The location near to the train station is amazing. Even with 4 luggage (2 big and 2 small) were easy to across the street and 2/3min walk to arrive the building. The breakfast was verry good and the team in general was verry attentions with us (I regret not ordering breakfast every day of our stay). I made a confusion about the checkout date, and they helped me a lot. In front of the hotel has a bakery, and the street a lot of restaurant option couple blocks far from the hotel building. They allow to keep with your luggage after the checkout time while we were waiting our flight/train.
