I would highly recommend Hotel Bencidormi for your stay in Florence! Roberto went out of his way upon my arrival, carrying my case for me and trying to help me find my laptop that I lost on my journey here! The room was very clean and all facilities excellent, with a fridge, microwave and coffee pods/machine to enjoy with some biscuits supplied. Air conditioning was also much appreciated in the Italian heat! The location is excellent, a short walk to all attractions, around the corner from a big supermarket and only a 2 minute walk to the train station. It was very quiet and peaceful, once you close the front door all the hustle and bustle from outside. A perfect relaxing stay in the heart of Florence!

A great location, walking distance from the train station and close to most of the tourist destinations of Florence. Our host was most welcoming and provided excellent tourist advice. The room, despite being on the small side, was very comfortable, clean and well cared for. It was a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and the market - Jane and Geoff G.
