Very well located. Staff were very obliging. Had some minor issues which were rectified. Complimentary water in mini bar and coffee and snacks at coffee area. Quiet although in the hub. Good food nearby

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. We were offered a drink straight away and our room was ready early so we were able to check in almost immediately We booked a triple room and it was clean and well presented. Cold water and peanuts were in the fridge free of charge, luggage storage was available for before and after checking in /out. Right in the city centre so good location

On the 5th floor so great views from the hotel window and indeed on the roof top. Super sunset views overlooking the duomo and palace! Complimentary cold water, coffee, biscuits, cakes and fruit in the ‘waiting area’. Joannis, the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Valerie, the cleaner, was fantastic. Perfect location for the train station/tram station (3 mins walk), supermarket (1 min walk) and the city centre (5 mins walk)!!! We were at the back of the hotel so it was extremely quiet.

Location is excellent if you are travelling by train. It was nice not having to interact with staff for either check in or out, that was a big plus for a short trip at a hot time of the year. The luggage storage was also a great help and easy to use. The fridge with cold, fresh drinking water was also welcomed. The air conditioning in the room worked well, which isn't always the case in Italian hotels.
