General staff all friendly and helpful every day. Breakfast selection/choice was excellent with large choice of food, and again staff very helpful/friendly. View from room ideal overlooking river. Location ideal to get to all parts of city. Easy to use lift and 'comfortable' stairs to walk up/down.

Location walking distance to historical centre but located just far enough away for a quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful room with a view of the Duomo. Helpful friendly professional staff.
