The location is perfect, close to most attractions and not far at all from the train station. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and we spent a lot of time relaxing there after a long day. The complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely touch. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. Great value for money, would stay here again in the future.

Lovely hotel, everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious with air conditioning which made a huge help with the heat in Florence summer! We also had a very large bathroom. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and a lovely space to relax in the evening. Also a shared fridge available by the front desk to keep your food cold, and cold water sold for only €60!
