Everything about the hotel was fantastic, the location was perfect, room was spotless clean every day, breakfast was great, always delicious pastries etc, a good start to the day. Finally the staff couldn't do enough for you, always smiling, we see you all and appreciate you. Thank you.

Brilliant location only 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the Duomo in the either direction, in my opinion a better location than where most of the bigger hotels are. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular one young chap who gave me lots of useful tips for my onward travels in Tuscany. The small treat on departure was a lovely touch.

From the moment you walk in the staff are very friendly and helpful. Both reception staff and staff at the breakfast area. The rooms are very clean. If I ever come again to Florence then it is the place to stay

Very helpful and friendly staff including Dina at the front desk and Gem, Carla and Jessica at breakfast. Close to the railway station and easy 10 - 15 min walk to most attractions.
