This was our favourite stay during a 3 week trip to Europe. It was deffinately one of the more expensive places we stayed but from the second you arrive its obvious why. You are welcomed by all of the staff who make sure you are comfortable and are extremely quick to take care of your check in and offer you welcome drinks. We were given a very detailed explanation of everything to expect in Florence which was a nice touch. The rooms are immaculate and a decent size with good bathrooms and shower. We looked forward to breakfast every morning where the staff were waiting to take your order and kept the espressos coming. The location is perfect, the second you step outside the lobby you can see the duomo. Reception had someone waiting to help you out no matter what time of the day or night. Was deffinately sad leaving glimpse hotel as it felt like a little family getting to know all the friendly staff.

The Glimpse Hotel is in an excellent location - we could walk everywhere from it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and a special thanks to Yulia who remembered our orders and had a great sense of humour. While staying, it was my wife's birthday. The hotel left a bottle of fizz in the room in an ice bucket with two glasses. We really appreciated this touch. Thanks to the Receptionist for this (sorry, we didn't get her name).
