Location was excellent. We could almost explore most of florence on foot from here including all important monuments. Beds were comfortable and thankfully AC's were cooling very well. Greta and owner were helpful and quick in their responses when we had queries.. It also helped as they let us keep our bags as we had arrived early.

We had problems with the kettle , it was dangerous, rang host said he would replace but nothing happened, no hot water in bedroom en-suite , was a switch it said do not touch but this was the switch for hot water, found out by ringing host , lack of communication.

Comfortable apartment with two big bedrooms, we lived in Viola. It is located on 3rd floor, the building has an elevator which was very helpful as the floors are high. It was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen equipment sufficient for a longer stay. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out at the reception (2nd floor) - the staff was very helpful and kind. Location perfect - everything within 15-20 minutes walk: stores, most important monuments, restaurants. I do recommend and would stay there again next time I visit Firenze.
