The owner is super friendly. Extremely clean rooms, with all you need. Coffee machine, microwave and big cooler with freezer, well equipped kitchen, spacy apartment. He has a charming restaurant opposite to the apartment, with wide selection of italian wines and very nice food. The City center is 15-20 mins by walk.

For us, the location was very important and this place was in a great position, no more than half an hours walk to anything we wanted to do, but just outside the main hustle and bustle of Florence, so we could have a peaceful drink and meal in the evening (interesting bars in the area so it was great to explore). The host was super helpful and communicative, check in was easy. The bed was very comfortable, and fridge/microwave/coffee machine were great.

Location was good. 15-20 minute walk to centre of city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and supermarket nearby. Good communication with owner.
