We stayed at Flom Boutique Hotel for three nights and we were really happy with our stay. The room was spotless, cleaned twice a day, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent too, just a 10-minute walk to all the main sights, which made exploring Florence so easy. Breakfast was very good and, above all, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. One small idea for improvement: it would be great if the staff could wear name tags. It makes it easier to communicate and, even better, to mention them by name in a review. There were so many people I would have liked to thank personally but I just can’t remember all their names. Also, it would be nice if the breakfast buffet had a small cold counter to keep the cold cuts fresher for longer. Overall, definitely 5 out of 5. We would happily stay here again. And before I forget, I have to mention Edward from Firenze, who put all his skills to work and made me the best Aperol I’ve had so far on this trip. Cheers to him for that extra holiday feeling!

The hotel is lovely and modern. The staff is exceptionally courteous. Leonardo, the receptionist, is a wonderful, kind, and welcoming young man – I’ve never encountered service like this anywhere else. He answers questions and gives recommendations with a smile. If I return to Florence, I’ll definitely come back and will be happy to see him again. Thanks, shahar
