We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly – nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable – a perfect place to relax after a long day. We slept very well throughout the stay. The bar had a solid selection of drinks, while the spa was a lovely bonus – clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. Overall, a great experience. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality.

Beautiful, historic property refurbished to a high standard - modern, lovely rooms with high ceilings. The staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and helpful.

I've been staying at this hotel for 4 years now, getting better every year. It is very convenient if you come by car, attentive staff, you can ask them for many services, dry cleaning, car washing, etc.Very stylish hotel and rooms

The hotel is beautifully designed and located in a calm area of Florence - an ideal spot to relax away from the crowds. The décor shows real care and investment in interior design.
