We loved staying here. Cristina is a great host, all her recommendations were top! She took time to give us the locals’ suggestions and I am happy we got to experience more than just the touristic Firenze. The place was very clean (in the real sense of the word from the dictionary, not just okay clean). The location was ok for us as it is just next to the touristy center, a 30 minute walk from the dome. The entire building is historical, the design keeps the character alive.

Beautiful old building with ornate interior painted walls and ceilings. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very accommodating.

We had a very spacious room with beautiful antique furniture and facilities. Marco, our host, was very welcoming and spent a lot of time on our arrival explaining the local area, restaurants and public transport, which was easily accessible approximately 250 metres walk away. He also gave us a great map of Florence and put all the relevant information on it. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented.

The room was indeed special, it felt like you are sleeping in a royal palace, beautifully painted. The owner was very kind and offered us a lot of tips about the city.
