Breakfast was adequate. Room looked cheap on first impression but was comfortable. Great shower but little shelf space for my wifes toiletries.

The property was centrally located only a short 10 min walk from the train station for us with bags along the cobblestone paths and roads

Location was excellent 5 min walk from the train station and was right in the centre, so could walk to all the sights (Duomo, Boboli Gardens) and shops, bars and restaurants.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful as required. Location was excellent - we were able to comfortably duck home in the middle of the day should we need. We had a toddler (which makes euro traveling more difficult) and for the most part found the hotel accommodating. She was able to climb out of the cot and no high chairs available (if this is important to you) - we just thanked/apologised breakfast guests for making do with our wild runaway!
