The enthusiasm of reception staff especially Justin was so welcoming. The hospitality offered by every member of staff I ran into was first class. The lady in the bar was friendly, sociable and warm. The morning breakfast staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

Very lovely Staff, everyone had a bright smile and was always helpful. Clean and Comfortable rooms and good breakfast service with lots of varieties. Also very close to the station and town centre so moving around was easy.
